Set against the vibrant poolside backdrop of the Palms, this year’s festival felt like a true celebration of the city’s culinary identity. The 2026 chef lineup was stacked, featuring an incredible mix of established names and rising talent, including Oscar Amador (Amador Cocina Fina), John Arena (Metro Pizza, Truly Pizza), Bank Atcharawan (Jipata), Dio Buan (Istorya), Danny Cabrera (Gyu+/EHG), Anthony Carron (Alexxa’s), Johnny Church (Johnny C’s Catering), and Paco Cortes (Alebrijes).

The culinary depth continued with Oulay Fisher (Calabash), Kari Garcia (TSP Bakery), Anthony B. Jamison (La Casa De Juliette), alongside standout contributions from Bruce Kalman (Soul Belly BBQ), Gina Marinelli (La Strega, Harlo Steakhouse), and James Trees (Timeless Hospitality). Boundary-pushing dishes from Yuri Szarzewski (Partage), Yuka Takamizawa (Moignet/EHG), and Rang Tan (Rang’s Cocina Moderne) added even more dimension.
The lineup rounded out with Sean O’Hara (Bar Boheme), Tayden Poha-Ellamar (Braseria by EDO), Alex Reznik (Hayworth), Jackson Stamper (Ada’s), Joe Valdez (Basilico Ristorante Italiano), Tyler Vorce (Lilli), Kai Yau (Send Noodles), and Jake Yergensen (Timeless Hospitality), all contributing to an unforgettable night of flavor.

The cocktail program was just as impressive, with top local mixologists delivering inventive drinks that matched the creativity coming out of the kitchens. And tying it all together was live music by Soft Echo, setting the perfect vibe for the night—smooth, energetic, and effortlessly cool.
What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. Vegas Unstripped isn’t just a food festival—it’s a community event. You could feel the connection between chefs, guests, and creators throughout the night. It struck that rare balance between being upscale and approachable, making it easy for everyone to feel like they belonged.

And knowing that the event supports local charities adds an extra layer of meaning. Great food, great people, and a great cause—it’s hard to ask for more.
If this year is any indication, Vegas Unstripped continues to raise the bar for what a food festival can be. Already looking forward to the next one.
