Las Vegas Grand Prix Launches Ticket Donation Program Through F1 Las Vegas App

Tickets will be Redistributed to Southern Nevada Community Organizations

The Las Vegas Grand Prix introduced a new way for fans to give back to the community today with the launch of its “Ticket Donation” feature, now available through the F1® Las Vegas App and Ticketmaster Account Manager. Upon receipt of their tickets, fans can manage their purchased tickets and, if unable to attend certain sessions of the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2025, seamlessly donate them to one of three local community organizations with just a few clicks.

Ticketholders can make their donation by logging into the F1 Las Vegas app, selecting one of three participating community organizations, and transferring their tickets. T he community groups receiving the tickets will gift them to deserving individuals in their organization, creating more opportunities for residents to be a part of the Las Vegas Grand Prix and its unforgettable race week atmosphere.

Participating community organizations include:

  • Clark County School District
  • Nellis Air Force Base
  • The Meals on Wheels Program

“Las Vegas is built on community, and this program reflects our commitment to ensuring the excitement of Formula 1 reaches well beyond the circuit,” said Lori Nelson-Kraft, SVP of Corporate Affairs for Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. “By giving fans the ability to share their tickets, we’re opening the door for more of our neighbors to join the Las Vegas Grand Prix experience while supporting organizations that make a real difference in Southern Nevada.”

Donors will receive a confirmation email, and while recipients remain anonymous, each charity will provide contact information for those seeking a charitable tax receipt.

F1® Arcade Las Vegas Open Now

F1® Arcade Las Vegas, the one-of-a-kind entertainment and hospitality destination combining the thrill of Formula 1® with world-class food and cocktails, open now accepting reservations. The highly anticipated, 21,000-square-foot destination inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace will mark the brand’s largest U.S. location to date.

Bringing together the high-octane energy and adrenaline of Formula 1®, F1 Arcade Las Vegas will feature 87 full-motion simulators designed for all different abilities. The cutting-edge technology allows guests to choose between high thrill experiences around the world’s most iconic tracks such as Team Racing, which challenges groups of four or more to race against each other, or go Head to Head, a more intense session with up to three drivers in a fast-paced competition.  

The experience will also feature several reaction-based games, including React, a lightning-fast reaction game similar to the Batak style training used by drivers and Lights Out, where every millisecond counts in a high-pressure race start. To round out the experience, the venue will also include an outdoor terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

The venue’s collection of globally inspired dishes will ensure guests enjoy memorable culinary offerings along with their exhilarating competitive entertainment experience. From seafood towers to wagyu beef sliders, guests can indulge in a large selection of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients bursting with flavor. The beverage program will include signature cocktails and “Designated Drivers” non-alcoholic cocktails, concocted by LP O’Brien, winner of the first season of Netflix’s “Drink Masters.” 

At official F1® Watch Parties, guests will be able to catch the upcoming Austin, Mexico and Brazil Grand Prix™ live on the venue’s large TV screens with commentary in an adrenaline-filled atmosphere. Visitors may enjoy unlimited sim racing before the pros get on the real track, as well as competitions, quizzes for prizes and after the checkered flag, DJs will keep the party going. Watch Party tickets will be announced this fall.

Located at 3500 South Las Vegas Boulevard inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, F1 Arcade Las Vegas will be open Monday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. F1 Arcade welcomes all ages until 7 p.m., but drivers must be at least 7 years old to race on the simulators. Located in the East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, the Hello Kitty Grandstands will provide close-up views through Turns 3 and 4. The three-day tickets ($1,450 including taxes and fees) will include two exclusive F1 ACADEMY x Hello Kitty merchandise items – only available to Hello Kitty Grandstand ticket holders. Additionally, fans in the Hello Kitty Grandstands will enjoy live entertainment and interactive fan activations in both the East Harmon and Koval Zones, as well as access to the F1 ACADEMY Paddock and special Hello Kitty appearances across the race weekend.

Each Fan Zone and Hospitality Space to Boast Signature Dishes, Ranging from Dishes Inspired by Formula 1 Events Around the World, Elevated Race Day Classics, Delicacies by Gordon Ramsay and Papi Steak, and More

FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX has announced its food and beverage offerings for the 2025 race. Taking place November 20-22, each individual fan zone and hospitality space will boast its own signature menu, matching the exhilarating on-track action and thrilling entertainment taking place across the Las Vegas Strip Circuit®.

“Las Vegas is celebrated as one of the world’s premier food and beverage destinations, so it’s only natural that the culinary offerings at the Las Vegas Grand Prix rise to that same level,” said Samantha Rayburn, Vice President of Experiential Operations. “In partnership with our world-class vendors, we’re elevating the fan zone experience with thoughtfully crafted menus that match the energy of race weekend.”

The various Las Vegas Grand Prix fan zones and hospitality spaces will feature food and drink from renowned culinary experts and local Las Vegas vendors, with each set offering a unique experience. The culinary options will range from global cuisine inspired by other Formula 1 races, available in the East Harmon Zone, to trackside favorites like short rib grilled cheese and Cuban-style mojo pulled pork sandwiches in fan zones across the circuit. Additionally, coveted dishes from celebrated chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and David “Papi” Einhorn of Papi Steak will be available in their own F1 hospitality garages, while the internationally renowned DO & CO will provide a modern take on global fine dining in the Paddock Club.

HOSPITALITY

F1® Garage Hospitality

Two F1® Garages will be transformed into luxurious, food-focused trackside experiences led by Chef Gordon Ramsay and Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ Papi Steak. Gordon Ramsay at F1® Garage (SOLD OUT) will offer three days of diverse cuisine, all overseen by Gordon Ramsay himself. The Papi Steak Garage will blend high-energy dining with Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ hospitality, creating an exclusive entertainment-packed setting with a nightly lineup of top DJ talent alongside the high-speed thrills of race week.

Papi Steak Garage menu will feature highlights such as:

  • Wagyu Steak Tartare, accompanied with golden Osetra caviar, truffle aioli, lemon and brioche toast.
  • Otoro Tartare Cones, topped with golden Osetra caviar and kizami wasabi.
  • Seared A5 Beef, served with tare.
  • Snake River Farms Gold Chateaubriand, served at a designated carving station.

While Gordon Ramsay at F1® Garage will include:

  • Miyazaki A5 Fried Rice, made with black vinegar, bonito, & kimchi furikake.
  • Beef Wellington with potato puree, glazed root vegetables, & red wine jus.
  • Brunch Burger Slider, topped with American cheese, brown sugar bacon, caramelized onions, hashbrown, fried egg, & spicy aioli.
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding, served with whipped vanilla Chantilly.

Paddock Club™, Wynn Grid Club and Skybox

Long-term partner DO & CO will provide an all-inclusive culinary experience for guests in the premium hospitality spaces, including the Paddock ClubWynn Grid Club, and Skybox. With over 28 seasons of experience, DO & CO’s more than 350 skilled chefs will deliver fine-dining menus that change daily, featuring the freshest, most indulgent ingredients from around the world and inviting guests to enjoy a range of dishes and culinary flavors. Highlights include:

  • Grill bars with the finest aged prime cuts
  • Lobster and seafood tower spectacles
  • Authentic handmade Italian pasta
  • Contemporary-Asian dishes
  • A selection of rich, indulgent desserts

All dishes are prepared and plated in live kitchens by expert chefs in front of guests in a display of gourmet theatre.

The menu is accompanied by champagne, craft cocktails and a refined wine list for guests to enjoy throughout this unique experience.

Turn 3 Club

Cut and Taste, a Las Vegas-based company known for culinary creativity, will curate all-inclusive menus for attendees at Turn 3 Club, blending fresh ingredients with the destination’s vibrant nightlife scene. This year’s rotating menu features:

  • Boneless Chicken Wings, served with Korean chili sauce and cucumber kimchi.
  • Chicken Katsu Sando, made with cucumber sunomono and spicy coconut sambal.
  • Kalbi Steak Tostada, comprised of Asian pear slaw and cilantro white bean puree.
  • BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos, served with spicy queso, salsa fresco, jalapenos and pickled red onion.
  • Cola Braised Short Rib Sandwich, made with pickled chayote, crispy shallot and a spicy mustard aioli.

All-inclusive beer and wine and are available daily, with cocktails and spirits available for purchase by Las Vegas’ Events with a Twist.

GRANDSTANDS AND GENERAL ADMISSION

All general admission and grandstand areas will offer soft drinks, beer, wine and cocktails available for purchase from Oak View Group, a leader in the live event and hospitality industry. They will pour up signature cocktails including sips such as a Coffee Negroni, with Hennessy VSOP, coffee Amaro, Italian liqueur, and the Coco Highball, made with Volcan Reposado, coconut water and chocolate bitters.

East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

Guests with access to the East Harmon Zone by Virgin Hotels Las Vegas will enjoy the Flavors of F1®, a globally themed culinary menu from Patina Group. The largest fan zone on the Las Vegas Strip Circuit will offer a selection flavors for purchase inspired by Grand Prix destinations around the world, such as:

  • Paella (Spanish Grand Prix) with chicken, seafood, vegetables and shellfish saffron.
  • Ahi Tuna Nicoise Baguette (Monaco Grand Prix) comprised of olives, egg, green beans, potatoes and frisee salad.
  • Chicken or Falafel Shawarma (Abu Dhabi Grand Prix), served on flatbread and topped with cucumber-tomato salad and dill yogurt sauce.
  • Tonkotsu Ramen (Japanese Grand Prix) served with pork belly and soy-marinated egg.
  • BBQ Pork Sandwich (United States Grand Prix), with bread & butter pickles, tangy coleslaw, served with potato salad and cowboy style beans.

FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX has announced the extension of its agreement with global hospitality and entertainment leader MGM Resorts International, continuing the company’s role as a Founding Partner through 2030.

As part of the renewal, MGM Resorts will continue to host the Winner’s Stage at Bellagio Fountain Club, one of the race’s preeminent luxury race-watching destinations. Positioned above the iconic Fountains of Bellagio and overlooking the Las Vegas Strip Circuit®, the venue offers guests front-row views of the circuit’s longest and fastest straightaway where cars exceed 210 mph as they blast past Turn 13. Bellagio Fountain Club elevates the experience with a culinary program featuring globally renowned chefs ranging from José Andrés and Mario Carbone to Masaharu Morimoto and Antonia Lofaso, an open bar featuring signature cocktails and curated premium wines, and high-energy nightlife at its rooftop lounge. Entertainers Shaggy and Dillon Francis will headline the Heineken Silver Stage at the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX, November 20-22. They will be supported by performances from Jazzy, BANDABBA, Awakening, Jabbawockeez, and more names to be announced. Additionally, fans will be able to catch all 20 Formula 1® drivers as they take part in live on-stage Q&As and autograph sessions throughout the weekend.

The headlining artists for Heineken Silver Stage include:

  • Shaggy: The only diamond-selling dancehall artist in history, Shaggy first broke onto the global stage with “Oh Carolina” and has since sold over 40 million albums, earning a GRAMMY® Award and charting multiple hits on Billboard. In recent years, he released Com Fly Wid Mi, a reggae reinterpretation of the Sinatra songbook produced by Sting, earning another GRAMMY nomination and a special performance at NYC’s Blue Note Jazz Club. He’s remained a cultural force with viral hits like “Banana,” a standout Super Bowl commercial and national TV appearances alongside Sean Paul and Spice for their smash “Go Down Deh.” Most recently, he dropped the single “Mi Nuh Know,” which pays tribute to Eek-A-Mouse’s classic “Wah-Do-Dem,” with an accompanying video directed by Jay Will.
  • Dillon Francis: Los Angeles-based producer and DJ, Dillon Francis, rose to prominence in the early 2010s as a key figure in the moombahton movement. Since then, he has built a diverse catalog spanning house, reggaeton and dance-pop, with notable collaborations including DJ Snake on “Get Low,” Kygo on “Coming Over” and Panic! at the Disco on “Hey Look Ma, I Made It.” In recent years, he’s released a euphoric house album, Happy Machine, and the much-lauded This Mixtape Is Fire Too. Formula 1 announced today a partnership with Liberty Media and CAA to host the first F1 Business Summit – a sports and entertainment summit that will feature a collection of the most influential minds in sports, entertainment, and business. Packages will go on sale on Friday, August 22 at 10 a.m. PDT.

The F1 Business Summit will be held during race week on Thursday, November 20 at Wynn Las Vegas and will bring together global partners and industry leaders to explore the intersection of sports, entertainment, and culture. Multiple engaging panel discussions will examine how sports have transcended their traditional boundaries and are driving some of the most relevant pop culture moments around the world to engage fans far beyond games and events.
