The ALS of Nevada celebrated a decade of culinary creativity, community, and compassion with its 10th annual “Food is Art” fundraiser — this year held under the stars at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower’s rooftop pool, Swim & Social. The event truly lived up to its title as the “largest party with a cause,” bringing together chefs, mixologists, and guests for an unforgettable evening of flavor, flair, and philanthropy in support of ALS of Nevada’s mission.
Guests indulged in a spectacular lineup of signature dishes from some of Las Vegas’ most celebrated restaurants, including Top of the World Steakhouse, Esther’s Kitchen, Soul Belly, The Pepper Club, Al Solito Posto, and Ada’s Food + Wine, while satisfying their sweet tooth at Ben & Jerry’s sundae bar. Spirited sips flowed throughout the night with tastings from Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Lucas Bols, keeping the crowd refreshed and festive.
The atmosphere was elevated by the soulful sounds of the Lisa Marie Smith Band, whose mix of blues, funk, and jazz set the perfect tone for this stylish poolside soirée.
As the sun set over the Las Vegas skyline, guests mingled, danced, and celebrated not only the art of food but also the power of giving back. After ten years, “Food is Art” continues to showcase the heart of the Las Vegas community — where great food and great causes come together for something truly special.
