Bottled Blonde Las Vegas’ highly anticipated Summer 2025 debut on the Las Vegas Strip will take place on Thursday, June 26th followed by a red-carpet Grand Opening on Friday, July 18th. The three-story, 20,000-square-foot standalone venue from Arizona-based Evening Entertainment Group (EEG) debuts bold flavors and a non-stop party attitude complete with jaw-dropping bottle service presentations and featuring a full-service menu stacked with crave-worthy dishes, signature cocktails and lunch-to-late night vibrancy amplified by high-energy scene that keeps the party pulsing from day to night.
Bottled Blonde introduces lunch, dinner and late-night menu offerings with a bold mix of contemporary American favorites–crafted to keep energy levels high from the first bite to last call. With DJs and live music entertainment on two floors set within a vibrant, high-design venue featuring exposed brick, industrial accents and an open-air rooftop, Bottled Blonde delivers a high-octane mix of 40+ HDTVs, a 38-foot LED wall, multiple 360-degree bars and immersive audio zones across three levels.
