A Decade of Light: RISE Festival Celebrates 10 Years with Unforgettable Music, Art, and Connection in the Desert

RISE Festival’s 10th anniversary was more than a celebration—it was an experience rooted in intention, creativity, and collective energy. Held in the Mojave Desert, this year’s festival brought together an unforgettable lineup of GRAMMY®-winning artists, immersive installations, and, of course, the iconic Sky Lantern Ceremony that continues to define RISE in the most powerful way.

From the soulful energy of RÜFÜS DU SOL and the magnetic performances by Calvin Harris, John Mayer, and Elderbrook, to the meditative sounds of Ry X and Patrick Watson, the music curated for this milestone year created an emotional arc that stayed with you long after the lights dimmed.

RISE has always blended ceremony and celebration—and this year, it was elevated by thoughtful art direction, moving visuals, and a deep sense of community. One subtle but meaningful addition was the “I Told the Sky About You” capsule, a limited-edition collection that served as a poetic companion to the lantern release. While not the focus, it was a thoughtful way to connect guests to the experience before the first flame was even lit.

After a decade of rising together, this year’s festival was a powerful reminder that RISE is more than an event—it’s a shared ritual, a moment to reflect, release, and reconnect under an open sky.

Looking forward to what the next 10 years hold.
