DINING

Elevated dinner time bites – including Blackened Idaho Rainbow Trout, Catfish and Corn Fritters, and Angus Black Pepper BBQ Meatloaf – have officially joined the comfort food collection

Winnie & Ethel’s, winner of The Great Las Vegas Coffee Shop Giveaway, is excited to announce its all new, and carefully crafted, dinner menu. The classically charming diner – named lovingly in honor of Head Chef and Co-Owner Aaron Lee’s grandmother, and CEO and Co-Owner Mallory Gott’s great-grandmother – brings the warmth and nostalgia of grandma’s cooking to the Las Vegas community with even more options to explore.

“The idea of Winnie and Ethel’s stemmed from a 1940’s ‘round-the-clock diner concept,” says Gott. “Since the original conception, our team figured out what was needed downtown: a comfy, cozy, homey supper club vibe! It’s all the fun without the mess at home. We’re excited to welcome the dinner crowd from 5-9pm Thursday-Monday.”
