There are some Las Vegas events that are about more than enjoying a great meal—and Dine with a Purpose Cocktail Hour & Small Bites at The Palm Las Vegas at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace was certainly one of them.

Held Tuesday evening, August 25, the special 5–7 p.m. gathering brought together delicious food, signature cocktails, community partners, and an important mission: helping address food insecurity throughout Southern Nevada.

The evening began with welcome remarks from The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, highlighting its commitment to supporting meaningful community partnerships. Guests were then treated to a special presentation from Three Square Food Bank, sharing the impact of its work and the importance of continued efforts to ensure that individuals and families throughout Southern Nevada have access to nutritious food.

Of course, the food was a highlight. The Palm Las Vegas served an assortment of flavorful small bites paired with signature cocktails, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere perfect for mingling and connecting with fellow guests and campaign partners.
The grand finale was especially memorable—a beautiful Baked Alaska celebrating The Palm’s 100th anniversary. It was a fittingly impressive finish to an evening that combined culinary indulgence with a meaningful cause.

Guests also had the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary personalization experience and received a special parting gift, adding a thoughtful personal touch to the evening.
What stood out most about Dine with a Purpose was the way it brought together the Las Vegas hospitality community and charitable organizations to shine a light on an issue that affects so many people. It was a reminder that dining, hospitality and community engagement can come together to create a positive impact well beyond the restaurant table.
Dine with a Purpose was more than a cocktail hour—it was an evening of connection, compassion, great food and giving back.
A memorable Las Vegas evening with an even more meaningful purpose.
