Fusing inspiration from the Golden Era of Hollywood with its exclusive roster of celebrity clientele, Papi Steak – the famed Miami Beach hot spot – opened its second outpost at Fontainebleau Las Vegas in late 2023, bringing the see-and-be-seen destination to the West Coast. The steakhouse, beloved for its delicious cuts and over-the-top energy, has created an entirely new steakhouse experience, perfect for Las Vegas.

Einhorn said, “Just as Las Vegas Grand Prix isn’t just a race, Papi Steak isn’t just dinner. Since launching in Miami and now in Las Vegas, we are overwhelmed with the global appeal. Just like at Papi Steak, you never know what or who you’ll see at the Papi Steak Garage.”

Grutman added, “At Groot Hospitality, we create the most memorable dining and entertainment experiences. With Fontainebleau Las Vegas as our partner, we are going to do something on an even bigger scale – showcasing what Papi Steak is all about. Who doesn’t want to see Papi grilling trackside?”

Fontainebleau Las Vegas Senior Vice President of Hospitality & Nightlife Michael Waltman said, “This collaboration is a natural fit for us. Las Vegas Grand Prix, Fontainebleau Las Vegas and Papi Steak are synonymous with luxury, celebrity and elite experiences. The energy of Papi Steak perfectly complements the lineup of entertainment and electrifying energy that will take over Fontainebleau Las Vegas and Grand Prix Plaza during race week.”
