Groot Hospitality’s High-Energy Steakhouse and Fontainebleau Las Vegas to Bring Ultra-Exclusive Culinary Experience to 2024 Event, Offering VIP Access with Paddock Pass, Pit Lane Walk, Private Truck Tours, Podium Celebration and More

TheFORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX has partnered with Papi Steak at Fontainebleau Las Vegas – the famed steakhouse from David “Papi” Einhorn & David Grutman’s Groot Hospitality – to take over an F1® Garage during this year’s race, November 21-23. This ultra-exclusive trackside culinary and entertainment experience will combine Papi Steak’s high energy and the unrivaled hospitality of Las Vegas’ newest luxury resort with the thrills of an F1® race, offering unparalleled access from the starting line to the podium.

Priced at $35,000 per person, guests can indulge in a flavor array unique to the high-end dining offered by Papi Steak at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, while enjoying the restaurant’s big, bold and photo-worthy design and a nightly lineup of top-notch DJ talent.

The Papi Steak Garage is a three-day ticket and includes:

  • F1 Paddock Pass – The F1® Hospitality Garagesare the only tickets that include a Paddock Pass, delivering behind-the-scenes access to the working areas for F1® drivers, team principals, staff and media.
  • Trackside Dining by Papi Steak– Ticketholders can dine right next to the pit lane with a menu curated by the Groot Hospitality culinary team. Highlights include a raw bar boasting Alaskan king crab legs, Golden Ossetra caviar and split Maine lobster tails; passed hors d’oeuvre plates of wagyu pastrami, lamb lollipops, hamachi tartare and Papi Steak wagyu sliders; prime rib roast and Australian pure breed New York strip loin carving stations; side dishes; and a dessert station, among other offerings.
  • Paddock Club Rooftop Access – The Paddock Club™ rooftop will give fans 360-degree views of the Las Vegas Strip Circuit™ and other soon-to-be-announced activations and experiences.
  • LIV on the Grid – As part of the Paddock Club Rooftop, fans can access LIV’s open-air nightlife venue, which will feature a star-studded roster of A-list entertainers synonymous with LIV’s ultimate nightlife and daytime experiences.
  • Pit Lane Walk – A walking tour up and down the Las Vegas Pit Lane will be available with exclusive access to see inside the team garages. 
  • Guided Track Tours – Guests can enjoy a lap around the Las Vegas Strip Circuit standing on specialty trucks, while expert hosts provide commentary on the ins and outs of the track. 
  • F1® Podium Celebration Access – Guests will be escorted to the iconic F1® Podium Celebration after the checkered flag is waved, where they will stand with the winning teams as confetti and sparkling wine are sprayed down from above.
  • Photo Safari – Fans can capture content of the most exclusive areas for the best photo moments along the circuit.
  • Access to East Harmon Zone – Guests can be part of the East Harmon Zone, featuring live entertainment throughout the weekend as well as driver interviews, autograph sessions and interactive fan activations.
  • Paddock Club Transportation – Paddock Club Shuttles will be available to take guests to and from select properties directly to the Pit Building. 

Fusing inspiration from the Golden Era of Hollywood with its exclusive roster of celebrity clientele, Papi Steak – the famed Miami Beach hot spot – opened its second outpost at Fontainebleau Las Vegas in late 2023, bringing the see-and-be-seen destination to the West Coast. The steakhouse, beloved for its delicious cuts and over-the-top energy, has created an entirely new steakhouse experience, perfect for Las Vegas.
