Imagine Exhibitions once again takes Vegas-goers back in time, now with a dinosaur-filled experience at the new Horseshoe Las Vegas where both locals and tourists alike can get up-close-and-personal with larger-than-life animatronic dinosaurs and the most fascinating, fan-favorite prehistoric inhabitants! Dino Safari: A Walk Thru Adventure now open at Horseshoe Las Vegas (formerly Bally’s Las Vegas) on its lower level next to The Cabinet of Curiosities.
Tickets are available for purchase at DinoSafari.com. This experiential walk-through attraction for all ages will run for a limited engagement only, and takes over the space formerly held by the popular National Geographic’s Rarely Seen, another amazing immersive limited engagement produced by Imagine Exhibitions.
“Dinosaurs are some of the most fascinating creatures to grace the earth, and for so long we’ve only been able to see them come to life in movies and on TV,” said Tom Zaller, CEO of Imagine Exhibitions. “At Dino Safari, we’re going to transport you back in time through enormous animatronic dinosaurs, real fossils, interactive games, virtual reality, and incredible science, all in one place! It’s the perfect activity for dinosaur fans of all ages to become immersed in an entertaining and educational globetrotting dinosaur adventure.”
In this walk-through adventure, visitors will meet and interact with more than 30 dinosaurs including the T. rex of North America and the Spinosaurus from Africa as well as learn about some of Nevada’s own local legends including the recently discovered Nevadadromeus. Built with fun in mind but backed by world class paleontologists, this exhibition has it all. With real science, incredible installations, and realistic moving animatronics, Dino Safari will transport visitors back hundreds of millions of years to meet these prehistoric creatures in replicas of their natural habitats.
Located on the lower level at Horseshoe Las Vegas, the experience showcases how dinosaurs evolved over time and offers hands-on challenges for visitors to solve, along with depictions of natural elements that often occurred during this time. The thrilling adventure will feature captivating virtual reality technology, spectacular installations and interactive activities for children of all ages.
The exhibition was created by Atlanta-based Imagine Exhibitions in collaboration with world-renowned Ph.D. Dinosaur Paleontologist Gregory M. Erickson, who is one of only 150 full-time professional dinosaur paleontologists in the world.
Dino Safari: A Walk Thru Adventure will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets start at $22.25 and children 2 and under are free. Dino Safari is also available for birthday parties with additional perks to be had. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit DinoSafari.com.
