M.E.N.U.S. 2026: Reflections — 25 Years of Impact

It was a wonderful evening attending and covering M.E.N.U.S. 2026: Reflections — 25 Years of Impact on Friday, October 2, at the beautiful Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, where the pool area was transformed into an incredible Las Vegas culinary experience.

Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Hospitality Charitable Foundation’s annual M.E.N.U.S. event brought together some of the best restaurants, chefs, beverage partners and hospitality professionals from throughout the Las Vegas Valley for an evening of great food, drinks, entertainment and, most importantly, a great cause.

The evening began with a VIP reception at the Rouge Room, followed by the main dine-around experience at the Red Rock pool. With more than 25 restaurants and bars participating, there was definitely no shortage of things to taste and discover.

A Taste of Las Vegas

Some of the participating restaurants included L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Morimoto, Kusa Nori, Stubborn Seed, Cantina Contramar, CHICA, Fogo de Chão, T-Bones Chophouse, Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, Oyster Bar, Nicco’s, STK Steakhouse, Maroon by Kwame Onwuachi, Tim Ho Wan, Gallagher’s Steakhouse, Don Vito’s, Zenshin, The Capital Grille, ai Pazzi, Delmonico Steakhouse, Chicago Brewing Company, Hugo’s Cellar, Top of Binion’s Steakhouse, Whiskey Licker Up Saloon, William B’s Steakhouse, Revolution Bar & Grill, Donutique and Sisters Menu.

I enjoyed making my way around the different tasting stations, sampling everything from savory dishes and seafood to steaks, international flavors and sweet treats. The combination of gourmet food, cocktails, wine and spirits really captured what makes Las Vegas such an amazing food and hospitality destination.

The atmosphere was just as impressive as the food. The pool at Red Rock provided a beautiful backdrop for the evening, with live entertainment, plenty of opportunities to mingle and an overall festive “Glam, Sparkle & Shine” vibe.

Celebrating 25 Years of Impact

One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was seeing how M.E.N.U.S. brings the Las Vegas hospitality community together while giving back to the next generation.

This year’s celebration honored Martha Morales, an HCF scholarship recipient who received her scholarship in 2005 and went on to build an impressive career with Caesars Entertainment and Boyd Gaming before becoming Vice President and General Manager of Valley Forge Casino Resort in Pennsylvania. She was also the first HCF scholarship alumna to join the Foundation’s board and continues to support HCF as an honorary board member.

I also loved seeing HCF alumni involved throughout the evening, including Razelle Antipuesto of Sisters Menu, along with other alumni and current scholars who helped make the event possible. Their involvement was a great reminder that the impact of these scholarships continues well beyond graduation.

More Than Just a Night of Food

What makes M.E.N.U.S. special to me is that it’s about much more than an evening of amazing food and drinks. The event supports the Hospitality Charitable Foundation’s Future Leaders of Hospitality Program, providing scholarships, mentorship, career development and hands-on opportunities for students pursuing careers in the hospitality industry.

HCF has invested more than $2.5 million in full-ride scholarships for Clark County students since 2004, helping create opportunities for students who want to build their futures in one of Las Vegas’ most important industries.

It was a fantastic night celebrating 25 years of memories, accomplishments, hospitality and community, while looking ahead to the next generation of Las Vegas hospitality professionals.

Congratulations to the Hospitality Charitable Foundation, all of this year’s participating restaurants and beverage partners, the honorees, alumni, students, volunteers and everyone who helped make M.E.N.U.S. 2026 such a memorable evening.

Thank you for letting me be part of Reflections: 25 Years of Impact!
