The 2026–27 Vegas Golden Knights season is bringing plenty of excitement back to T-Mobile Arena — and that includes new food offerings and new VGK merchandise for fans.
I had the opportunity to attend the Vegas Golden Knights and Levy Restaurants 2026–27 menu preview at the Tower Club at T-Mobile Arena, where Executive Chef Anjo Lopez walked media through several of the new culinary offerings coming to the arena this season.
The preview gave us a taste of what fans can expect when they return for another season of Golden Knights hockey. Levy Restaurants continues to expand the game-day dining experience with a variety of new offerings, giving fans more choices when it comes to enjoying a meal or grabbing a bite during the game.
Chef Anjo Lopez shared some of the highlights of this season’s menu and the thought behind the new offerings. It’s always interesting to see how the food experience at T-Mobile Arena continues to evolve and become another part of the entertainment experience.
But the preview wasn’t just about food. We also got a look at some of the new Vegas Golden Knights merchandise, giving fans a preview of some of the styles and gear they can look forward to this season.

For longtime fans and those who have made the Golden Knights part of their Las Vegas sports experience, there’s always something exciting about seeing what’s new for the upcoming season.
With the Golden Knights celebrating their 10th season in 2026–27, there is plenty to look forward to both on and off the ice. The team has become such an important part of the Las Vegas sports scene, and T-Mobile Arena continues to make attending a game about much more than just the action on the ice.
