The She’s Got Time Women in Sports Summit unfolds over two dynamic days of learning, connection and meaningful conversation. On Monday, July 13, attendees will participate in an immersive lineup of interactive workshops designed to provide practical tools, actionable strategies and fresh perspectives for navigating leadership and career growth. Sessions include The System is the Problem, Reclaiming Your Story, Communication & Executive Presence and additional workshops led by industry experts. The day concludes with a dedicated networking power hour before attendees gather for an evening social featuring curated brand activations, experiential programming and a high-energy DJ set.

Tuesday, July 14

On Tuesday, July 14, the Summit moves to the main stage for a full day of thought-provoking panels, fireside conversations and unparalleled networking opportunities featuring influential executives, athletes, founders and leaders from across the sports, business and media industries. Main stage programming includes Higher Standards: Leadership at the Top; Higher Stakes: Inside the Boom; Every Seat Counts: Front Office, Bench & Player Development; Beyond Empty Words: Allyship, Advocacy & the Movement; and Who Tells Our Story: Owning the Narrative. As part of Tuesday’s programming, She’s Got Time will present the Rising Phoenix Award, presented by Stand Together, to Gabby Anderson—artist, entrepreneur and former Harvard basketball standout—in recognition of her innovative work at the intersection of sports, fashion and culture through impactful collaborations, design and storytelling. 

The Summit will also honor We Need To Talk, the groundbreaking CBS Sports television program featuring an all-female panel of broadcasters, journalists, executives and athletes, with the Space MakHER Award in recognition of its lasting impact on advancing women’s voices, visibility and representation across sports media.
